Hello,

We've been talking about the importance of having a positive attitude and focusing on our strengths and the things we can control in our lives.  Doing these things can help us to feel good about ourselves and build our self-confidence.  What is self-confidence?  Watch this video to find out, then answer the questions below.  Send me your answers!

1. What is something you know you are really good at and feel confident doing?

2. What is something that is hard for you that you'd like to do better?

3. Set a goal for the summer.  Maybe you want to ride your bike without training wheels, learn to swim, or get better at reading.

4. Make a plan with steps you need to take to achieve your goal, then do it!  

Remember, it's okay to make mistakes and to ask for help when you need it.  Believe in yourself and don't give up!  You can do it!
