Weekly activity 6/7/20

Hi Kids,

Well it looks like our school year is coming to an end!  I'm sure most of you are excited for summer to begin, I know I am.  However, you might be having different feelings at the same time, and that's natural, especially with all that's going on in the world right now. Things are starting to get better, but you might be worried about how things will go this summer and what it will be like when the school year starts in September.  You might be feeling sad or disappointed about missing out on fun end of the school year activities or not getting a chance to to see your friends and teachers to say goodbye.  Whatever you are feeling is okay, but I just want to make sure you remember all of the things we learned this year about how to handle your feelings in a healthy way and keep a positive outlook.  Watch this video and read the document attached for a reminder.  Then think about what works best for you and use the worksheet to make your own action plan!
